Q: What are your hours?
A: For customer service please call from Tuesday - Friday from 10am-6pm, and Saturday from 10am-2pm.
 
Q: How far in advance do I have to place an order?
A: We require at least a seven (7) days notice of your preferred delivery date. Fruit Bouquets can be ordered on the same day by/before 11am.
Custom and large quantity orders require at least a 2 weeks notice.
 
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Absolutely! Our desserts are delivered locally to counties in MD & VA. Please see our delivery page for service area zip codes.
 
  
Q: Do you ship your sweet treats?
A: We do not ship our treats out of state at this time.
 
Q: Do I have to order online?
A: Of course not! You can always send us an email.
 
Q: Are any of your sweets low-sugar, gluten free, nut free or anything free?
A: By special request only.
 
 
Q: Do you do wedding cakes?
A: No we don't, but we'll do wedding cupcakes!
 
 
Q: Sign me up for your e-newsletter!
A: No problem, but if you click Home on the website there is a link where you can sign up.
 
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We credit cards. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
 
 
Q: What is your inclement weather policy?
A: We follow Charles County Maryland Public Schools during inclement weather.  This means if CCPS closes, our bakery will close.  If CCPS has a delayed opening, our bakery will open late.
